Refund policy
Effective Date: March 1, 2026
Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address provided by customer
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Email hello@rootedthreadzz.com
- Include order number + clear photos
If approved, we will:
- Replace the item at no cost, OR
- Issue store credit
Refunds to original payment method are only issued where required by law.
